Nikki brings over twenty years of experience working with local government, the public sector, and non-profit organizations in positions ranging from entry-level to leadership roles. Her passion for advocacy officially ignited in 2017 as a Court Advocate with Turning Point, serving victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. This foundational experience rooted her work in direct, compassionate support.

Nikki’s robust academic background includes a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of South Alabama. Crucially, her extensive experience, training, and specialized knowledge operating in and collaborating with the subcomponents of the criminal justice system, including its agencies and personnel, provide an unrivaled advantage and allow CI, LLC to engage with these complex structures from a position of intimate understanding and unquestionable expertise.

The establishment of Champion Initiative, LLC (CI, LLC) in 2022, as a subsidiary of its parent company, Blessed Beyond Enterprises, Inc. (BBE, Inc.), reflects the organic expansion of Nikki's commitment to justice. As her expertise grew, individuals began seeking her support for systemic challenges extending beyond initial victim services, including injustice, education rights, and mental health rights. CI, LLC was founded to provide essential advocacy and non-legal navigational and educational resources to victims of violence and discrimination, embodying the belief that justice and impartiality are attainable within complex systems.

The foundation of Champion Initiative, LLC is rooted in Nikki's resolute belief that no survivor should face systemic opposition alone. This conviction drives her work, prioritizing the needs of individuals who may lack the resources, knowledge, or capacity to advocate for themselves. By providing a knowledgeable, educated, and steadfast support system—guided by the core values of Advocacy & Empowerment and Empathy & Understanding—CI, LLC steps in to level the landscape against institutional barriers. This empowers clients to pursue justice and assert their rights confidently, transforming isolation into collective resilience.

As Director of Operations for Butter Baked Cake Co., Heather leads the health-focused brand’s direct to consumer success bringing invaluable operational and strategic expertise to the team. With over a decade of experience in organizational consulting for startups and small businesses, Heather specializes in developing scalable administrative infrastructures and streamlining procedures—skills that are crucial for managing the complex operations of a growing company. 

Heather's background includes a significant role as VP, Board member, Cofounder, and Director of Philanthropy/Operations at Feeding the Soul Foundation dba O'Side Kitchen Collaborative. In this capacity, she demonstrated her ability to thrive in high-stakes environments, organizing successful fundraising events, securing substantial funding for meal distribution projects, and managing corporate contracts.

Her consistent momentum in strategic planning, fundraising, and operations management equips Heather to drive operational efficiencies and support sustainable growth.
